My Story
Hi my name is Aisha,
I'm a mother of 2 Carmisha and Micah, and the wife of Barry. These people are my heart!!
I became a mother at 18 years old, got married at 20 and had my son at 21! Yes I know, this girl had NO clue what she was getting herself into! LOL.. But I can gladly say that both my kids will be Graduating from College May 2019, and I've been married to my High School Sweetheart for 21 Years!!!
For the past 5 years, I have been working with a group of young Ladies through our Example Sports Basketball Program, on Self Empowerment, Improvement and Awareness. Growing up I struggled with all of these, and wanted to better our youth of today!
I honestly am STILL a work in progress but through God's help, I can say that I Am a better ME!.
As I focus on looking through the Lens of God, I do see what He wants me to be and do. So this is why I've started this blog for other young girls to know who and Who's they Are.
